The cantoral is missing leaves 1 to 8, 12 and 13, 82, and 103 to 106. Manuscript on parchment in 5 inks with bordered capitulars and a beautiful miniature on folio 69 with the portrait of St. Michael the Archangel. It seems that this manuscript belonged to the Monastery of San Clemente de Toledo, given that the upper plane shows the painted portrait of San Clemente and the superlibris of the M.
